Terra Flores is the flowering half of CANNA's Terra line, a one-part liquid nutrient built for plants in soil and peat-based potting mixes. The US label on every size reads 2-2-4. That ratio follows what the plant actually does in bloom, where its call for nitrogen drops while demand for phosphorus and potassium climbs steeply. Potassium carries sugar and water into the swelling flowers, and phosphorus feeds the cell division that builds them. Because it is one bottle, there is no A and B to balance and no mixing sequence to get wrong. CANNA's maximum rate is 0.6 fl oz per gallon, or 50 mL per 10 L of water. The finished solution should land at an EC of 1.0 to 1.5 mS/cm. Soil holds onto nutrient ions far more than inert media do. The formula is prepared with that binding in mind, so the elements stay available right through flower.
Running a Soil Bloom Nutrient From Flip to Finish
Growers switch over from Terra Vega when the first flowers set, then run it at every feed until the final flush. Start below the top rate on young or lightly potted plants and work up toward it as the canopy fills in. CANNA recommends it for well-aerated soils with some lime in them, and for organic soilless mixes built on peat or bark. It works in containers or open ground, indoors or out. The label describes it as a feed for pre-fertilized soils and soilless mixes, so it tops up what the potting mix already carries. Let the runoff EC tell you when to hold back on a rich mix. It is the wrong base for coco or inert hydro, which start without the nutrient reserve soil carries. CANNA's Coco and Aqua lines exist for those media. Most soil growers add PK 13/14 for a single week in mid-flower alongside it. Keep the jug sealed in a dark spot, away from frost and heat.
Key Features
2-2-4 bloom ratio: Less nitrogen and more potassium, matching what flowering plants actually draw on.
One-part formula: A single bottle with no A and B to measure or keep in step.
Made for soil: Built for pre-fertilized soils and peat or bark soilless mixes, in pots or open ground.
Simple label rate: Up to 0.6 fl oz per gallon, landing the feed around 1.0 to 1.5 mS/cm.
Follows Terra Vega: Takes over from the Terra line's growth feed at the switch to flower.
Two container sizes: A 5 L jerrycan for small rooms and a 20 L can for production soil beds.
