CANNA Coco A and B: One Base Feed for Buffered Coco This is the two-part mineral base feed CANNA developed specifically for coco coir. It comes as a matched set, one bottle of Part A and one of Part B in the size you choose. Part A runs at 4-0-1 and carries most of the nitrogen, while Part B runs at 1-4-2 with the phosphorus and extra potassium. They ship in separate bottles for a practical reason. Held together as concentrates, some of those elements bind into a solid the plant cannot take up. Diluted in the reservoir one after the other, they stay in solution. The label rate is 0.5 fl oz per gallon of each part, which works out to 40 mL per 10 L. That single rate covers the whole cycle. Buffered coco evens out the swing between vegetative and flowering demand, so CANNA sells one formula where most lines sell two. CANNA's recommended window is an EC of 0.8 to 1.8 mS/cm for A plus B over clean source water, at a pH between 5.5 and 6.2.
