California LightWorks SolarSystem 1100 UVB Combo | 800W LED + 2 UVB Modules

What Comes in the SolarSystem 1100 UVB Package This package is one SolarSystem 1100 LED fixture plus the UVB add-on, packaged together instead of piece by piece. In the box are one SolarSystem 1100, two SolarSystem UVB modules and a pair of brackets that mount them to the fixture. The LED side draws up to 800W and runs three dimmable channels: red and deep red, natural white, and blue and deep blue. Current production is rated at 2.51 µmol/J, with 5 x 5 ft bloom coverage. Each UVB module holds a high-output T5 UVB fluorescent bulb. The modules chain together for power and plug into a separate timer, so the UVB never has to follow the LED schedule. The LED fixture measures 18 x 18 x 4 in, and the brackets tuck the UVB bars against its sides. The whole series is UL and CE certified. California LightWorks covers it with a 5-year warranty and a 90-day money-back guarantee. The SolarSystem Controller is sold separately, and the fixture runs its default spectrum without it. Timing and Safety With a UVB LED Grow Light Setup A uvb led grow light setup is a finishing tool, not something to run all cycle. California LightWorks recommends UVB in the final two weeks before harvest. Many growers start with short daily sessions in the middle of the light period and extend them only if plants show no stress. Watch the top leaves for bronzing or curling, which is the signal to cut back. UVB is a real hazard to people, not just a plant booster. The maker's warning is plain: exposure can damage skin or eyes, so switch the modules off before entering the room. Keep them in dry locations and never put them on a dimmer circuit. For the LED side, minimum heights are fifty-five inches over seedlings, forty-eight in veg and thirty-six in flower. Replacement bulbs must be the SolarSystem T5 UVB type, so plan for that part as the bulbs age. Growers who never intend to run UVB will save money with the standard SolarSystem 1100. Key Features SS1100 plus two UVB modules: One package covers full-cycle LED light and late-flower UVB finishing. Mounting brackets included: The UVB bars attach directly to the fixture, with no extra rigging. High-output T5 UVB bulbs: Dedicated UVB output that most white LED fixtures do not provide. Separate UVB timer: Run UVB in short sessions without changing the LED schedule. Three tunable LED channels: Red, white and blue dim separately to follow the crop stage. UL and CE certified: Backed by a 5-year warranty and a 90-day money-back guarantee.
