What Botanicare Liquid Karma Actually Does in a Feed Program
Liquid Karma is a low-analysis supplement, not a base nutrient, and Botanicare formulates it to sit under any feed line. The label reads 0.1-0.1-0.5, derived from potassium nitrate, kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) and phosphoric acid.
Purchase directly from Growers HouseWhat Botanicare Liquid Karma Actually Does in a Feed Program
Liquid Karma is a low-analysis supplement, not a base nutrient, and Botanicare formulates it to sit under any feed line. The label reads 0.1-0.1-0.5, derived from potassium nitrate, kelp (Ascophyllum nodosum) and phosphoric acid. Kelp is the working part. It brings trace elements and natural growth compounds, while the small NPK adds little more than a mild potassium lean. Botanicare's rate is 5–10 mL per gallon with every watering, starting at clone or seedling stage and running into ripening. Most growers sit near the low end for cuttings and young plants, then move toward the top of the range once the canopy fills in. As a foliar spray, the rate is 1 tbsp (15 mL) per gallon, with the finished mix adjusted to pH 6.2–7.0. Spray early in the light cycle and keep it off open flowers. Add it to the reservoir after the base nutrients, then take the final pH and EC reading. It works in recirculating hydro, drain-to-waste coco and soil containers. Mother rooms are where many growers notice it most, because stock plants get cut back hard and need to push new growth quickly.
Where a Kelp Growth Enhancer Earns Its Place, and Where It Does Not
The honest pitch here is consistency rather than a dramatic jump in yield. Seaweed extracts help plants handle the rough patches: transplant, a heat spike, a hard defoliation or a slow-rooting batch of cuttings. It pairs naturally with Botanicare's own Pure Blend Pro line, though it mixes cleanly with other bases too. The label lists only the three ingredients above, so expect a kelp supplement and not a humate. If your base program already includes a strong kelp input, adding this one is mostly redundant. The gallon suits a tent or small room feeding at every watering. The mid-size jugs make sense once several rooms share a mixing station. The largest drum is for commercial facilities with injection systems. Store the jug cool and out of direct sun, and shake it before measuring, since kelp solids settle.
Key Features
0.1-0.1-0.5 Analysis: Low enough to run at every watering without shifting a base feed chart.
Kelp-Based Formula: Ascophyllum nodosum supplies trace elements and natural growth compounds that support root and shoot development.
Clone to Ripening: One rate range covers cuttings, seedlings, mothers and flowering plants.
Foliar Option: A separate foliar rate with a pH target gives a quick boost through the leaves.
Any Media, Any Base: Runs in hydroponics, coco and soil and pairs with Pure Blend Pro or other nutrient lines.
Stress Recovery: Helps plants push through transplant, heavy pruning and heat without stalling.
