It runs on peppermint oil at 15% and clove oil at 10%, with the remaining 75% inert. Contact does the work here, paralyzing, smothering and drying out soft-bodied pests rather than poisoning them. Rates and Timing for an Essential Oil Miticide and Insecticide Foliar runs 9 fl oz per 100 gallons, moving to 12 under heavy pressure, on a five to seven day interval.
