AutoPot FlexiTank Pro, 60 Gal Light-Tight Reservoir. 23 x 33.5 in

AutoPot FlexiTank Pro 60 Gallon on a Twelve-Pole Frame Twelve support poles, joined in pairs by six connectors, hold up the walls of this collapsible tank from the inside. Six locking nuts fix them to the top ring, and the anti-tip frame keeps a full load of 60 gal (225 L) square on the floor. Filled, it measures 23 in in diameter and 33.5 in tall. That tall, narrow shape takes up little floor while still putting useful head behind the outlet. The skin is reflective on the outside and blocks light completely, so stored feed stays dark and cooler under bright lights. Capacity lines run up the inside wall for measuring water before nutrients go in. A zippered top gives access for mixing, stirring and assembly. The tank itself is made from food-grade materials. In the box are the skin, the frame, and an outlet tap with two rubber washers and a locking nut. It ships flat in a carton of about 24 x 24 x 5.1 in at 13.2 lb, which is easy to carry into a tight room. AutoPot covers it with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Running a Nutrient Reservoir This Size Above an AutoPot Line Fit the tap before any water goes in, upside down and hand-tight, with one washer on each side of the wall. Stand the frame on a smooth, level surface, half fill it, then turn the tap clockwise to its upright position and top up. The tank base has to sit at least 6 in above the highest AQUAvalve, so it normally goes on a stand. A full tank this size is heavy, so pick a stand rated for the load before filling. A 1/2 in main line connects through a 1/2 in click-fit inline or click-fit pro filter. A 3/8 in line takes the 1/2 to 3/8 in inline filter instead. On a raised tank, mount that filter a little way down the pipe so the tap is not pulling on the skin. AutoPot builds its twelve and sixteen pot runs of 3.9 gal pots around a tank this size. Keep the zip closed between mixes so light and debris stay out. Like any soft-sided tank, it must be drained completely before it is moved and never dragged while full. Between crops, collapse the frame and store it flat in the box. Key Features Twelve-pole internal frame: Concealed supports give the full tank an ultra-strong, anti-tip stance. Light-tight, reflective skin: Stored feed stays shielded from light in a bright room or greenhouse. Capacity lines inside: Water volume reads straight off the wall when mixing a batch. Zippered top: It opens for mixing and assembly, then closes to keep light and debris out. Collapsible design: No tools are needed to put it up, and it packs flat in its box between seasons. Fittings in the box: The outlet tap, two rubber washers and a locking nut are all included.
