AutoPot FlexiTank Pro, 105 Gal Light-Tight Reservoir | 28.9 x 41.3 in

AutoPot FlexiTank Pro 105 Gallon Sized for a Full Room This tank holds 105 gal (400 L), enough feed to keep a full room of AutoPot trays supplied between mixes. Filled, it stands 41.3 in tall on a 28.9 in circle, so the volume goes up rather than out across the floor. Twelve concealed poles, six connectors and six locking nuts form the frame inside the skin. That frame gives the full tank an anti-tip stance while the outside stays smooth. The skin reflects light on the outside and lets none through, which keeps a big batch of feed dark under strong lighting. Printed capacity lines inside the wall show the volume as the tank fills. On a mix this large, that takes the guesswork out of dosing. The tank is built from food-grade materials and opens through a zippered top. An outlet tap, two rubber washers and a locking nut come with it. Packed flat, it ships in a box of about 30 x 30 x 5.1 in weighing 17.9 lb. The manufacturer warranty runs 1 year. Where a Collapsible Water Tank This Tall Fits the Layout Water alone at full capacity weighs close to 875 lb, so the stand under it has to be built for a serious load. AutoPot needs the tank base at least 6 in above the highest AQUAvalve, and at this height the rim ends up well above waist level. A hose or a transfer pump makes filling far easier than carrying buckets up to that rim. Fit the outlet tap first, upside down and hand-tight, with a washer on each side of the wall. Then set the frame on a smooth, level surface, half fill it and twist the tap clockwise to upright before topping up. A 1/2 in main line connects through a 1/2 in click-fit inline or click-fit pro filter. A 3/8 in main line uses the 1/2 to 3/8 in inline filter. Mount the filter a short way down the line so the raised tank is not carrying the strain at the tap. AutoPot builds its twenty-four and thirty-six pot layouts of 3.9 gal pots around a tank this size. Check that the ceiling clears the tank on its stand with room to open the zip. Drain it completely before moving it, and never drag it full. At the end of a run the frame comes apart and the whole tank folds flat into its carton. Key Features Tall, narrow footprint: The volume rises rather than spreading, which saves floor in a crowded room. Concealed twelve-pole frame: Supports sit inside the skin and give the filled tank an anti-tip stance. Reflective, light-tight skin: A large batch of stored feed stays dark under strong lighting. Internal capacity lines: Volume reads off the inside wall, so big mixes are dosed accurately. Zippered top: It opens for mixing and assembly and closes again to keep light out. Collapsible, tool-free build: The frame comes apart and the tank folds flat into its carton between runs. Fittings included: An outlet tap, two rubber washers and a locking nut ship in the box.
