Anden 5701 MERV 11 Replacement Filter for Anden A130 - 14 x 19 x 1

Anden A130 Filter Size: 14 x 19 x 1, and Not the A130F This is the panel for the fixed A130, the one that stays where you hang it. It measures 14 x 19 x 1 inches, part number 5701. The movable A130F is a different machine with a different panel: 16 x 19 x 1, part 5769. The 19 is the same on both, which is exactly what makes them easy to confuse. The 14 is not. Check the data plate for the F before matching anything. Why a Fixed Unit Is Easier to Plan For A ceiling-mounted machine lives above one room and sees a fairly steady dust profile. That makes the interval easier to plan than on a unit that gets wheeled between rooms. What the filter is doing is the same either way. MERV 11 is rated at 65 percent or better capture from 1 to 3 microns, and 85 percent from 3 to 10. Leaf dust, trimmed material and media grit all sit in that range. Anden folds the media into a multi-pleat. That puts more surface inside the frame than a flat panel carries, so it holds more before airflow drops off. The coil behind it is the reason the panel is there at all. A clean coil keeps the machine at its rated pints rather than drawing full power for fewer. The interval for the whole line is every 12 weeks or at the end of a harvest.
