1/4" x 1000' Clear Food Grade Poly Tubing

Introducing Clear Food Grade Poly Tubes – a 100% transparent vinyl product that can endure the temperature from -45 °C up to 60 °C and work under high pressure from 75 PSI up to 120 PSI without getting broken. Plus, they are certified under F.D.A. standards. Certified under governmental parameters: Polyethylene tubes are manufactured under F.D.A. standards, meet the U.S. Pharmacopoeia classed 1 through 4 requirements and made under 3A & N.S.F. regulations and Federal Specification A-A-55697 criteria. Clear Food Poly Tubes: These tubes are made with 100% dense black vinyl material that helps prevent algae growth, is wide in shape, and has enough air ventilation to prevent bacteria formation. Acid-resistant: The raw material used in vinyl or polyethylene tubes helps resist ammonia gas, solution of metallic salts, dilute gas, ammonium hydroxide, and corrosion. Durable P.V.C. & Vinyl material: These tubes are made with durable vinyl material that is fire resistant and capable enough to handle maximum temperature from - -45 °C to 60 °C (-50 °F to +140 °F). Transparent/ Clear Food Poly Tubes are manufactured with high-quality vinyl material, allowing 100% visibility, handles temperatures from -45 °C up to 60 °C, and work under high pressure from 75 P.S.I. up to 120 PSI without getting broken, discolored, out of shape, or diluted under any circumstances. Which makes it an ideal product for commercial as well as industrial usage. The raw material utilized to manufacture these tubes can transport air, water, and other industrial liquids such as - sensitive liquids or semi-solids. And resist ammonium hydroxide, alkalis, solution of metallic salts, ammonia gas, dilute gas, and corrosion easily. In addition, these vinyl tubes are smooth and flexible with materials that are non-aging and non-oxidizing. Plus, it is suitable for water lines, air lines, beverage tubing, agricultural applications, and instrumentation. These multipurpose clear vinyl tubes are certified under F.D.A. standards, meet the U.S. Pharmacopoeia classes 1 through 4 requirements and manufactured according to 3A & N.S.F. regulations and Federal Specification A-A-55697 criteria. Which makes it a suitable product for laboratory usage as well. Moreover, even low-quality extrude tubes are manufactured with top-quality virgin resins and offer excellent prevention from impurities and resist stress cracking pressure. Clear Food Poly Tubes are flexible and lightweight, and can coil a 100- meter-long tube easily for transportation purposes. And available in various sizes, lengths and pressure enduring rates. However, minimum dimensions - 5/16" that can handle pressure up to 120 PSI and maximum dimension - 1/2" 3/8" can handle pressure up to 75 P.S.I., without getting crushed or collapsed.
