Origin
Do Si Dos originated in the United States, from a cross between two famous American strains, Girl Scout Cookies and Face Off OG. The combination produces a potent, flavorful hybrid that has gained significant popularity in the cannabis community, prized for high-quality genetics and consistent results from feminized seeds.
Its lineage reflects the robust breeding practices of the American cannabis scene, where innovation thrives. Do Si Dos has since made its mark internationally, but its roots remain deeply American, and enthusiasts worldwide seek it out for its potent effects and rich genetic heritage.

Do Si Dos took 2nd Place in the Indica category at the Cannabis Cup 2018, one of the most influential competitions in the global cannabis industry. The result highlights its exceptional performance among indicas, with strong structure, dense flower formation and competitive overall quality under strict judging.
That podium finish confirms Do Si Dos’ refined genetics, pronounced terpene expression and high resin production. Its consistent cultivation results reinforce its status as a premium indica valued by professional growers and connoisseurs alike.

Germinating Cannabis Do si Dos Seeds
For optimal germination of Do si Dos seeds, Blimburn Seeds recommends a simple technique.
Set Up Your Germination Station: Begin by moistening two paper towels with room temperature water. Lay one paper towel on a plate and spread the seeds on it, spacing them about 2 cm apart. Place the second paper towel on top of the seeds, and make sure to remove any excess water from the plate. Cover the setup with another opaque plate and store it in a warm, dark location.
Monitoring: Make sure paper towels are still moist by checking every 4-6 hours and spraying room temperature water. Typically, germination should occur within 24 to 120 hours. Once the seeds have sprouted tap roots, plant them with the roots facing down and cover with about 2 cm of soil. Remember to water the soil regularly by spraying to keep it moist. It may take up to two weeks for the plants to start growing.
Ideal Conditions: Maintain a consistent temperature of 70-90ºF in the germination area. Use purified room temperature bottled water with a pH level between 5.5 and 7. Keep the seeds away from light, allowing exposure for less than 1 minute before and during germination. Avoid touching the seeds or applying pressure to them.
Record Keeping: To qualify for the three month germination guarantee, it is necessary to follow all the steps outlined in our germination guidelines. Please do not use alternative germination methods, such as using a water bottle or planting directly into soil. Document the germination process through photography or video, as it will be requested when assessing claims for replacement products.
Do si Dos Seeds Flowering Time
Do Si Dos typically has a flowering period of around 8 to 10 weeks, a relatively short window that makes it attractive for growers looking to harvest in a reasonable time.
Its genetics drive that efficient flowering, and because the feminized seeds produce female plants exclusively, cultivation is simpler and more focused on maximizing yield. Whether you are a novice or an experienced grower, that short flowering time makes Do Si Dos a compelling choice.
How to Grow Do si Dos Seeds?
Do Si Dos seeds can be grown indoors or outdoors under optimal conditions, to avoid any problems during their development. Although they are moderately easy to grow and hardy, we should always prevent pests. You can use different growing methods to retain and enhance the terpenes and flavors of your feminized Do Si Dos buds.
Use a quality substrate. Perlite, peat or coco coir are ideal for moisture retention.
Thanks to the experience of our customers with our feminized Do Si Dos seeds, we know that we can increase yields by up to 20%.
For optimal indoor cultivation, Blimburn Seeds advises wide, vertical spaces and the use of the ScrOG method to obtain a uniform canopy and increase the size of the lower flowers. If you plan to grow our feminized seeds outdoors, we have developed a grow guide for optimal cultivation in any area of the world. Remember that our plants also need good nutrients as seedlings, in their vegetative period and finally in their flowering period.
When growing outdoors, choose the best date for your crop and a place where the plants receive the most hours of sunshine. If you prefer to grow indoors, use good tents, textile pots, led lighting, an air extractor to circulate clean air and, of course, a good carbon filter to avoid problems with neighbors or the law. Keep daytime temperatures between 68-80 ℉ and nighttime temperatures 7 to 9 ℉ cooler than the day.
Do Si Dos feminized plants need low humidity to thrive. Keep relative humidity (RH) at 55%-60% during the vegetative phase, reduce it to around 40% during flowering and to about 30% by harvest.
Outdoors, growers in the Northern Hemisphere should sow in spring to harvest around October. Healthy feminized Do Si Dos plants produce about 17.64 – 22.93 oz/plant | 500 – 650 gr/plant of buds each. Indoors, these crops have a flowering time of 8 – 10 weeks and produce about 1.31 – 1.64 oz/ft² | 400 – 500 gr/m².
